In Morocco, art lives in the everyday, beyond the museums and galleries. It’s where traditional craftsmanship reigns from furniture to jewellery to clothing to carpets to ceramics and more. Intricate patterns line the walls and floors of the city and riads and is an integral part of Morocco’s iconic architecture.
Marrakech was one of my first travels as an adult and to this day remains my favourite destination. There’s a vibe in the main town that is irreplicable – at every corner, in every shop, there is no mistaking you’re in Morocco.
In these lands, adventure is not just about the places you go, but the stories that unfold along the way.
From the golden sands of the Sahara to the bustling streets of Marrakech, the awe-inspiring wildlife of the Serengeti to the ancient wonders of Petra, Africa and The Middle East offer rich landscapes and cultures just waiting to be explored.
