Travelcall acts only in the capacity as an agent for the airlines, hotels, car hire companies and other travel and related providers with whom customers may require services.

Travelcall collects personal information from customers (including health information where necessary) which allows it to respond to requests for bookings and facilitate those bookings with third party providers including participation in loyalty programmes, process of travel arrangements, acquire travel and related products and services including accounting services and provide Travelcall marketing communications. Not all services may be able to be provided if Travelcall does not have the information requested.

Travelcall is committed to it's clients' privacy and believes your private details should be just that. So when you share your personal information with us, we will make all reasonable efforts to keep your details in a secure form that is private to Travelcall.
